Hall Engineering Company has extensive experience with building automation installations. Hall has personnel trained and experienced in various manufacturer installations including Honeywell, Trane, Johnson Controls, and others.

Industrial projects included plant systems at Ford Wixom, Gm Pontiac East Assembly, GM Drayton Plains, Ford Allen Park Test Lab, and numerous others. Other projects included Beaumont Royal Oak Hospital, Pfizer Ann Arbor, U of M Ann Arbor, and Oakland Community College.

School work includes power, lighting, communications & special system installations. Hall completed jobs at Schoolcraft College including renovation to the Waterman Building with new lighting, power & system wiring; and wiring at the Chemistry Lab.

At Oakland Community College, Hall completed chiller upgrades including power and control. Hall installed new power wiring for computers at several schools for Detroit Public Schools. Work included new power distribution and outlets throughout the schools.

Hall Engineering Company has worked in the steel mill industry for over 40 years, with numerous jobs in the Detroit area mills including: Blast Furnaces, BOFs, Hot Strip Mills, Cold Mills, Pickle Lines, and others. Recent projects included and upgrade to a Cold Mill at Detroit Cold Roll including a Tandem Mill, an Annealing Line and Temper Mill.

Hall has the personnel experienced in the complexities of the steel business.

Natural Gas work includes electrical & instrumentation installation on numerous Compressor Stations for the underground storage & distribution of natural gas. Recent projects included new compressors at MichCon Gas Co. Washington 10, Belle River and Willow Stations, Vector Pipelines’ Romeo & Athens Stations, and Consumers Energy’s White Pigeon Station. Other projects included a Propane facility at MichCon’s Belle River facility and a Booster station for Blue Water Gas Storage. In addition Hall has completed E&I on numerous gate & regulator stations for MichCon, Consumers Energy, Panhandle Eastern & ANR Pipeline. Hall has extensive experience for installations in classified explosion proof environments where safety is a must.

Hall installs communication systems including voice and data wiring and equipment. Wiring includes hard wire as well as fiber optic systems including installations, termination and testing of systems.

Hall has completed numerous Building facilities for the automotive industry including design & build projects. Work includes power distribution with high voltage primary services, substations, 480V. Distribution, bus ducts, and branch circuitry. In addition, all types of lighting, from high bay HID, to office lighting, site lightings and specialty lighting along the assembly lines has been installed. Specialty systems in these installations have included fire alarms, building automation, security, communications, material management, and other specialty systems.
